Monday
South winds 20 to 25 knots. Gusts to 30 knots... increasing to 40 knots late. Showers. Snow showers late. Waves 8 to 12 feet. Waves occasionally around 15 feet.
Monday Night
Southwest winds to 30 knots...becoming west 20 to 25 knots by midnight. Storm force gusts to 50 knots. Showers early in the evening. Snow showers. Waves 8 to 12 feet. Waves occasionally around 14 feet.
Tuesday
West winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 30 knots... diminishing to 10 to 15 knots by mid afternoon. Snow showers likely. Waves 5 to 7 feet. Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
Tuesday Night
West winds 15 to 20 knots...diminishing to 10 to 15 knots by midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet.

West winds 15 to 20 knots...increasing to 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots...then becoming northwest 15 to 20 knots by midnight. A chance of snow showers. Waves 4 to 6 feet.

West winds 10 to 15 knots...backing to the southwest late. A chance of snow showers. Waves 3 to 5 feet. Waves occasionally around 8 feet.

* wind and waves: during the storm watch...expect sustained winds up to 35 knots from the southwest with gusts up to 48 knots. The largest expected significant waves will be 12 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 17 feet.

* Timing: the maximum winds are expected around 9 PM Monday with the largest waves expected around 10 PM Monday.
