Northeast winds 10 kt. Wind waves 3 ft. North swell 7 ft increasing to northwest 11 ft after midnight.
Wednesday
Northeast winds 10 kt in the morning becoming variable less than 10 kt. Wind waves 3 ft. Northwest swell 15 ft increasing to 17 ft in the afternoon.
Wednesday Night
Northeast winds 15 kt. Wind waves 3 ft. Northwest swell 17 ft. Isolated showers after midnight.
Thursday
East winds 15 kt. Wind waves 3 to 4 ft. North swell 12 to 14 ft. Isolated showers.
Friday

locations. Seas 9 to 11 feet.

* Timing... through 6 am HST Tuesday.

and/or seas 10 feet or greater are expected to produce conditions
hazardous to small craft. Inexperienced mariners... especially
those operating smaller vessels... should avoid navigating in
