The National Weather Service in Melbourne has cancelled the Wind
The combination of clouds holding up temperatures by a few degrees
coupled with a slight decrease in wind speeds have kept wind
chills from falling below 40 degrees in the advisory area thus far
this morning. While temperatures will continue to fall through
sunrise... wind chills will only reach the mid to upper 30s...
remaining above the previous forecast of upper 20s to lower 30s.
