... Stanton and hazard NOAA weather transmitters will have periods of
intermittent low power...

Wwg61 from Stanton... which broadcasts on a frequency of 162.550
mhz... will have periods of intermittent low power through
Thursday... may 28th... as the tower is being painted. Kih40 from
hazard... which broadcasts on a frequency of 162.475 mhz... will
have periods of intermittent low power continuing over the next 3
to 4 weeks... weather permitting... .while tower work is being
performed. The transmitters will be set to low power to limit
exposure of the maintenance crew to rf radiation. There will also
be outage periods when the climbers are in close proximity to the
antenna.
