November of 2009 recorded only 0.56 inches of rainfall... breaking the old record of 0.79 inches set 60 years ago... in 1949. The average rainfall for November is 4.53 inches. During November 2009... measurable rain occurred on 6 days... with no rain occurring at all during the first 15 days of the month.
