... High wind watch remains in effect from late tonight through
Saturday evening...

A high wind watch remains in effect from late tonight through
Saturday evening.

* Timing and main impact: ahead of a cold front approaching from
the west... southwest winds will increase late tonight. Winds
will become even stronger out of the west early Saturday morning
as the cold front passes through. Strong winds will then be
possible into the afternoon. Winds will then decrease by late
Saturday afternoon as winds shift to the northwest. Travel
could become hazardous for those driving high profile vehicles.

* Winds: westerly winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph are
possible... but 35 to 50 mph with gusts to 75 mph could occur
over higher terrain and through favored gaps along the Rocky
Mountain front.

* Locations affected include: Choteau... Browning... Marias Pass.
