counties... in north central North Dakota... Bottineau...
McHenry... Pierce... Renville... Rolette and Ward. In northwest
North Dakota... Burke... Divide... McKenzie... Mountrail and
Williams. In south central North Dakota... Burleigh... Emmons...
Grant... Kidder... McLean... Mercer... Morton... Oliver...
Sheridan... Sioux and Wells. In southeast North Dakota...
Dickey... Foster... La Moure... Logan... McIntosh and Stutsman. In
southwest North Dakota... Adams... Billings... Bowman... Dunn...
Golden Valley... Hettinger... slope and Stark.

* Through Tuesday morning.

* Additional moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms
are expected Monday and Monday night... with additional
rainfall amounts of one to three inches possible.

* Many areas in the watch have already received two to four
inches of rainfall during the past three days... and will be
especially prone to flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding. Monitor
forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings. Those living
in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to move to higher
ground should flooding develop.

... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 1 am CDT /midnight MDT/

* timing... through Monday evening.

* Winds... north to northeast winds around 30 mph with peak gusts
around 50 mph at times.

* Impacts... strong winds will make working outdoors on elevated
structures or driving high profile vehicles difficult.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph... and
or gusts under 58 mph... are expected. Winds this strong can make
driving difficult... especially for high profile vehicles. Use
extra caution.
