northeastern Ocean County in southern New Jersey...

* until 745 PM EDT

* at 451 PM EDT... local law enforcement reported a thunderstorm
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of
rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly. Water rescuses have been reported.

Mantoloking... Leisure Village... Dover beaches North... Dover beaches
south... brick township... Leisure Village East... Holiday City

            Route 37 flooded from Vaughn Avenue to the Thomas a
            Mathis bridge. Multiple vehicles stranded with water up
            to the windows. Water rescues taking place.
