... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 11 PM this evening
to 7 PM EST Thursday...

* hazard types... a steady accumulating snow... possibly heavy at
times... from late tonight into Thursday. A brief period of
sleet is also possible.

* Snow accumulations... 4 to 8 inches.

* Timing... rain will change to a wintry mix of sleet and snow
after midnight before changing over to all snow early tomorrow
morning.

* Impacts... widespread and substantial impacts on travel are
expected beginning early tomorrow morning and especially
impacting the morning commute.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

This Winter Storm Warning means that significant amounts of snow
are expected. The snow will make travel very hazardous or
impossible.

Statement as of 7:15 PM EST on March 04, 2015

Patchy dense fog will slow travel this Wednesday evening across
Maryland's Eastern Shore, Delaware, southeast Pennsylvania and the
southern and central portions of New Jersey. Visibility occasionally
near one quarter mile should improve after 10 PM as rain intensifies
and a north to northwest wind develops.
