Flash flood, reported by law enforcement.
Numerous reports of rapidly rising water across central
and northwestern part of County. US Route 50 near Mad
River Road... N high street near Hobart drive... and Carey
Road near Fallsville wilderness area were all closed.
Ballpark in Hillsboro was submerged.
