The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a frost
advisory... which is in effect from 2 am to 9 am EDT Sunday. A
freeze watch has also been issued. This freeze watch is in effect
from late Sunday night through Monday morning.

* Temperature... ranging from 32 to 38 degrees later tonight into
early Sunday morning. The coldest readings should take place
later Sunday night into early Monday... when they drop into the
28 to 35 degree range.

* Impacts... frost or freeze conditions may kill
sensitive... unprotected plants.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered.

A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible.
These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
