Statement as of 3:57 AM CST on November 30, 2015

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM CST

* timing... light snow will become moderate late this morning
through tonight... then decrease to light snow again Tuesday.

* Snow accumulations... snow totals of 4 to 8 inches are expected
with this long duration snowstorm... generally stretched out over
a 24 to 36 hour period.

* Wind and visibility... wind speeds will range from 5 to 15 mph
through this evening. Northwest winds will increase to 15 to 25
mph with gusts to 30 mph late tonight and Tuesday. Falling snow
will reduce visibility to less than a mile at times.

* Impacts... snow covered roads and low visibilities will create
hazardous travel conditions today into Tuesday. The increasing
winds will also lead to areas of drifting snow.
