Statement as of 11:40 AM CST on November 26, 2015

The Flood Warning is cancelled for
the Sulphur river near Naples.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Impact... at 22.0 feet... expect minor lowland flooding of the heavily
wooded and broad floodplain. Ranchers that may have cattle and
equipment in the river bottoms should move them to higher ground.
Fisherman should use caution as currents are swift.

Flash Flood Watch
Statement as of 3:49 AM CST on November 26, 2015

... Flash Flood Watch remains in effect from this evening through
6 am Sunday morning...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of southwest Arkansas... southeast Oklahoma and
northeast Texas... including the following areas... in southwest
Arkansas... Hempstead... Howard... Lafayette... Little River...
Miller... Nevada and Sevier. In southeast Oklahoma... McCurtain.
In northeast Texas... Bowie... Camp... Cass... Franklin... Gregg...
Marion... Morris... Red River... Smith... Titus... Upshur and wood.

* From this evening through Sunday morning.

* A slow moving cold front along with several upper level
disturbances will bring an enhanced threat for heavy rainfall
beginning Thursday evening and continuing through the weekend.
Rainfall amounts of five to seven inches are likely along and
northwest of the Interstate 30 corridor. Some localized
heavier amounts are possible in the watch area.

* River flood potential... moderate to major river flooding can
be expected. This includes the Glover river... the Little River
at Horatio... and the Red River near De Kalb at Pecan Point.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
