... Waco climate narrative for November 2009... October was among the coolest... wettest... and cloudiest. November could not have been more different. With abundant sunshine... the average high for the month was 3.8 degrees above normal. The final day of the month was the only day with a high temperature below 60 degrees. After two months of copious rainfall... November totals were below normal across nearly all of central Texas.
