A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST Wednesday. * Precipitation type... snow. * Accumulations... 7 to 14 inches. * Timing... snow will continue through Wednesday evening. Heaviest snow is expected Wednesday morning. * Temperatures... around 30 late this evening... dropping into the mid and upper 20s overnight and Wednesday. * Winds... light east winds tonight. Winds will become northwest Wednesday and increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 45 mph. Blowing and drifting snow Wednesday will reduce visibilities near a quarter mile at times... producing near-blizzard conditions. Precautionary/preparedness actions...
