advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 8 am EDT
Monday.

* Locations... eastern portions of the Mohawk Valley... Catskill
region... Taconics... Glens Falls and the Saratoga
region... northwest Connecticut... Berkshires and southern
Vermont.

* Hazards... temperatures dropping to between 33 and 36 degrees by
Monday morning along with light winds to result in frost
formation.

* Temperatures... 33 to 36 degrees.

* Impacts... frost conditions may impact sensitive... unprotected
plants.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A frost advisory means that frost is possible. Sensitive outdoor
plants may be killed if left uncovered.

... Record low maximum temperature set at Albany...

On Saturday... may 25th... 2013... the maximum temperature at Albany
international Airport only reached 47 degrees. This set a new
record low maximum temperature for the date. The previous record
was 51 degrees... set in 1967. Daily records for Albany go back to
1874.
