A Wind Advisory remains in effect from 7 am to 9 PM EST
Wednesday.
A storm system will intensify off the New Jersey and Delaware
coasts on Wednesday. West to northwest winds will increase to
25 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 to 45 mph from late morning through
the evening hours. Wind speeds will gradually decrease Wednesday
night. Scattered power outages are possible due to the strong
wind gusts.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph or higher are
expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...
especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
