Bug Girl's San Francisco Weather

How long can this go on. There are no breaks of sun in my neighborhood. My plants think it's winter and stop growing, under these conditions.

Sharp Park Beach in Pacifica was very cold and foggy today. It was dark and windy, like a winter day, but normally the winter has more sun. The air quality is quite a bit improved.

But, I did not mine it very much. At least it was not cold and the fog was not wet and damp. The winds are really blowing this afternoon.

One good thing you can say about the fog is we are not suffering from the heat wave. I was thinking of getting a portable air conditioning. The garden is doing very well, because we not having the usually straight full time fog everyday, that makes the plants think that it is winter and they scale back growing.

It is very thick today, and it well be on the 4th of July for the fireworks. I suggest people go out of town, but who can afford the gas? Crissy Field is a nightmare on the fourth of July, you can't drive or you will get stuck in traffic. We took the muni years ago, and of course muni was also stuck and even slower. It took over three hours of to get home. It was worth the suffering for just five minutes of fire works.
