A dramatic change in weather conditions, rain, fog, and a southerly breeze @15-20KPH. Temp 13C, weather pattern to remain as such for the day and into tomorrow. Some relief by Tuesday.

Rob recharged to the tune of 13 hours, another day at Millers Pond, swimming and hot dogs the order of the day. He out overnight once again, another part of the gang at North Head.

Emily holding her own, Magic Mountain a huge success, got some burn, not too bad. The dance was "OK I guess", other than this assessment no further comment. Today a down day for them, appears a movie is on the agenda this afternoon. Anticipate a more concise report of the weekend activities before the day is over.

Vegetable gardens taking a dirty one, potatoes appear to be the only group thriving on the poor weather.

Fishery news remains quiet.

Hehehehe.... I'm jealous of you guys, with it being chilly enough to fire up the pit! I don't like it cold but cool evenings with a fire are nice.

Dear Rob:

We have extensive rain here as well. Still to the SW for us. Last night was beautiful, if somewhat chilly so fired up the fire pit to sit out and watch the stars. House all to ourselves. We ALMOST couldn't stand it.

All hands are on deck here now. Cody out over-night for the birthday party. It was a success by all accounts. Daughter went to the party for the Senior boys rugby team and has made it home in time to leave for work???? There will have to be a chat about that.

Emily sounds like she is having the time of her life and when she comes home in August she will get to enjoy SUMMER, as hopefully - as people are saying - it is to be a dry and hot month. Let's hope.

I think that BUG53 is trying to make us jealous and it is working. I am imagining his day outside enjoying the weather? Oh well, the image is good anyway.

Have fun on shed cleaning. I did greenhouse yesterday. Cody is on couch with a FEW sore muscles and god knows what else? so it should be a bit quiet around here.

HAVE A GOOD ONE. CHUNKS

Good morning!

Lovely weather down here this weekend. Makes it a joy to be outside. And that's where I think I'm going to spend most of the day. If I can get myself off the computer! LOL

Gas prices slowly dropping. Managed to top off my tank yesterday at 2.36 a gallon, US. It was 2.46 or higher last weekend.

Morning CHUNKS, exhausting reading about the rugby marathon. Cody obviously can hold his own, not intimadated by the age difference by others on the field speaks well of his self-esteem. Amazing the amount of stamina young people have at thier disposal, been along time since this body would tolerate such sustained activity.
A long wet Sunday instore, been raining most of the morning, will little sign of let up. Is getting to be a little more than one should expect, summer is slipping away with no real presence of it even being here. At least it is green wherever you look.
Emily half way through her adventure, things working out very well for all concerned, or that is the impression one gets from a distance.
Must attempt to make some sense of the shed, have been advised that it somewhat in disarray.
Have a good one.
