The forecast may be correct, we have fog with a bright sun working its way through, can see well into the harbour this morning. Total calm, temp 15C, looking for a couple of days of sun - will wait and see.
Rob out overnight, Emily attending an overnight birthday party. Emily has an opportunity to babysit later on today, with some other interest now that she is back in harness for later this week.
A fine article in the Telegraph Journal about the supper on Saturday for the Club. Great to be on the front page of the paper in a positive tone when commenting on Grand Manan.
Travelling tomorrow had no problem getting through for a reservation, qicker than winter travel, either fortunate or another indicator not much travel taking place.

Lubec weather giving hot and humid, humidity already evident. The positive is that the fog is retreating furher into the harbour, might catch a glimpse of Ross Island later on today.
Kids have settled into the remaining summer routine, no thought or discussion on school as yet. Do catch the odd indication that an overnighter in St. John might be required to enable the school shopping to be accomplished.
Beware of the sun, if it shows up, it is a natural phenom as I recall.
