Clear, COLD @-14C witha strong wind from north 25-30KPH. As the day moves along the sea smoke is becoming sky high. Cold for next couple of days then a long spell of above freezing temps.

Eldest brother underway today heading to the south. Appears by the time they set up the weather to be nice and warm for them. Currently cold for that part of the world, with below freezng temps overnight.

Emily still not in her own digs for the New Year, will be here at supper time I am advised.

Not much going on in the fishing area due to weather conditions. Have noticed more scallop drags going aboard ready for opening day next week.

Rob, we did not get below freezing at all. It was 32º for a very short time here in Orlando. Made all the plant preps. Even my petunias survived. Sunshine now and 44º.

Y-y-y-esssss. (chatter, chatter, shiver, shake) It's COLD DOWN HERE!

Whoever sent this frigid air down this way, can just take it back!

My thermometers were reading was about 21º, 22º, 23º (or somewhere around in there) this morning, when I left for work. And it's going to be just as cold again tonight!

OGal, I figured you would just barely get to freezing.

Good Afternoon

Don't know what it will be like later in the day but right now it is blue sky and sunshine.
