There is a 90% chance of am thunderstorms today. All storms should be moved out of Northeast MS by 10am. On Sunday, there is a 50% chance of pm thunderstorms. Another round of severe weather on Sunday is likely and this could be a big and possibly even significant outbreak. Main threats will be hail of golf-ball size, damaging winds of 60-70mph, and tornadoes. The threat for severe storms is greater for North MS. Secondary threats are heavy rain and flash flooding. At the Regional Rehab Center in Tupelo, MS, the current temperature is 52 and it feels like 52. Todays high is 60 and a low of 40 with a 90% chance of am rain.
