Well we had a couple of nice days, but not back into the wet weather pattern as a slow moving system with several low pressures systems move through this week. The heaviest rain should be done by sometime thursday morning, but unstable air could produce an afternoon shower or thunderstorm right into the weekend.
Systems this spring seem to get hung up over us,due to blocking in the Atlantic. We need the rain, but would like to see it move in and then out.So far this month,we've seen under 30 percent sunshine.
Redsox finally won a game last night in Kansas City, and Celtics will try to finish off Atlanta tonight.

This sure is quite the expansive weather system presently traveling towards and through parts of the Northeast! At least, this time, it's bringing us milder temps for the most part. Currently, our regional/local radars show signs of some massive rainfall and with no attached thunderboomers. I sure don't relish the thought of a return to possible t'storms overnight or later this week! I've been so skiddish of them for decades!
I went back to re-read your blog posts of yesterday and am sorry that Prince's heart condition remains quite the delicate medical situation. I'm glad he seems peppier, in some respects, but sad that he continues to suffer from "labored breathing." Understandably, it's difficult to observe, monitor and control his actions all at the same time. We all hope his remaining days are peaceful at best.
Well, let's hope that we can get through these next few days of dank, dour and moist until, hopefully, a more pleasant weekend arrives. Yesterday, my hubby took advantage of our better weather and did enough outdoor grilling to carry us through the week. It sure makes for an enjoyable contrast to those months of strictly baked or microwaved evening meals made indoors. LOL!
The Back Bay of Boston is in the dark again from another power outage affecting the Pru and all buildings, etc. nearby. Quite the sad sign of the times ... eh?

Thank you for your thoughts about Prince, all we can do is try to make him comfortable, and he is more comfortable, except for the rapid breathing. He's much more needy these days,he'll walk over to me and rest his head on my lap and look at me. You feel so bad for him, cause you know he doesn't feel great.
Anyway,it sounds like Mother's Day will be the best day of the week,as it should be for all the hard working moms out there.
