So all of the east coast is watching TD9 as it slowly strengthens as it approaches the Antilles. Its expected to pass over the islands into the carribean around Thursday. From there its still up in there air.Its expected to strengthen to a hurricane and start turn north and the question is will it pass over Haiti which would weaken it considerably,or over PR,or move more west and pass over Cuba into the easter Gulf and threaten Florida. There are many tracks that are possible, but Florida at this point seems to be under the highest risk.If it stays east of florida then Georgia up to South and North Carolina are at risk.Way too early to say anything for sure, but something to watch.
