What can you do in Florida when the temp out side can't even hit 50F??? I guess stay home and cook! Keeping the oven going all day seems to keep the house cozy! Yesterday I made a pot roast and today I guess is a baking day! So far today I've made a quiche, banana bread, and my attempt at a Chocolate Covered Cherry Pie. Not sure how that is going to work out! But now what? I have three pie crust left, but what to put in it? I also was thinking about an apple cobbler. Maybe Snicker Doodles? I could try to make a few loaves of bread, but it never seems to rise right down here. That was always my favorite back up in NE. My grandmother taught me to make her wheat bread. The house used to smell so good! Hmmm that might be my next project!

Well there is one issue that dominates my day and night so why not. This is a very personal issue and difficult to think about, never mind talk about. But I wonder ...
