Increasing the 2012 Storm Totals!

Since it looks like El Nino isn't as strong as previous thought and on a weakening trend recently I'm upping the named storms/hurricanes totals abit based on how many named storms we have right now!
New totals are:

18-20 Named Storms

7-9 Hurricanes

2-3 Major Hurricanes

As you can I made changes to the named storms and hurricane totals only.No change in the totals in major hurricanes as there hasn't been any yet,so those are reachable!
