Well, a belated entry for this year...last one was 24 Jan...Autumnal Equinox came in 23 Sept., at 05:04 hrs. and the Wx sure fell into the Fall mode quite fast!
Our Spring stayed very chilly, well into the middle of May, when finally, we were treated to full-time Spring weather. We had a long hot, humid summer, and our humming birds had the shortest season ever this year...from 8 May until 22 Sept.! I do so look forward 'til their return next Spring. La Nina is not exactly in place, but still a viable Wx system to contend with, hence our wettest year ever!! I sure hope this Winter is not even a shadow of last Winter!!! Nothing but snow, snow, and more (@#%)*^$^%) snow!!!!! Where the hell is El Nino!??!?
Oh, well....complaining and grousing gets one nowhere.
But, I guess if this rather wet-pattern holds, I assume we're in for some Winter, again!! We're already about 16" over the year's normal precipatation, and we still have three more months to go! AArrrrggghhh!
Bring towels and 'brollys...anyway, try to enjoy the rest of the warm-like Autumn and I'll see you on the Winter Solstice...
