Due to a technical failure yesterday some members who were permanently banned have found themselves able to access the blogs once more. After some internal discussion, we've decided to remove some other names from the list and those members can consider it a conditional reprieve.

This is not a blanket removal of past bans, and it is conditional on continued adherence to the Community Standards. Handles included in the reprieve will receive zero leniency from here on out. Any infraction will lead to a permanent ban.
