Weather or Not!

More Cool Weather for Mid Michigan

Once again, Michigan is under the influence of cool Canadian air. The temperatures have been below-normal for most of our April but warm air is in the forecast for next week. I've given up on my hydrangea bush blooming this summer since most of the buds have been damaged by frost. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what it does. It may surprise me.



The dopplar has been showing showers over our area all day but with the low humidity, there wasn't a drop.

Right now (6:30 PM), our temp is 49.1F, the humidity is only 34% and winds are light at 4 mph from the east. Skies are overcast. Sunrise this morning was at 6:33 AM and it will set tonight at 8:35 PM. Here's what our forecast looks like for the early part of the week:

Monday...Mostly cloudy with a chance of light showers. Highs 55 to 59. Southeast winds 5 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 50 percent.

Monday Night...Mostly cloudy...Becoming partly cloudy. A chance of light showers. Lows 43 to 47. South winds 5 to 15 mph... Becoming light west. Chance of rain 40 percent.

Tuesday...Partly cloudy. Highs 66 to 70.

Tuesday Night...Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows 53 to 57. Chance of rain 40 percent.

Wednesday...Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs 75 to 79. Chance of rain 50 percent.
