It appears that "please" and "thank you" get me nowhere. One of my photos that I took to show how nice the weather is now that the storms have pretty much abated, was placed in Outdoors instead of Weather. I modified it, including 'clouds' and 'spring' in the categories and asked very nicely if they would please put it in Weather instead of Outdoors. I explained why and I said "Thank you". It went right back into Outdoors.
