As I was editing this pic, the thought crossed my mind that I'd no longer be able to share it with my friend Betty Winter. I met her thru this website and she was a real nice lady with a great sense of humor as well as some wonderful wisdom. Betty's name on here was Kosssuth and if you don't remember that, you may remember her unique frosted window photos. Many imitated her idea, but none were done as well as hers. RIP Betty, thanks for being my friend, I will miss you.
I was driving across FL the other night and saw a pretty sunset in the making. Then I spied a lake and a road that led to it. What a nice little roadtrip bonus.
We started to walk away and I turned around to see the clouds had turned red. Went back and took a few more shots (I didn't have enough).

With luck, we'll have rain tomorrow. They're saying 100 per cent chance - I don't know when I've seen that! It's lovely and warmish - 60s, I guess. Warm enough to have the windows open, anyway.
Hope your Christmas and New Year celebrations were great. One of my resolutions is to spend just a bit more time in the photo galleries - too many great pics there not to. Your eagle pics are great!
Hope you had a great view too!
LOL
I know I see you all the time on FB!
Just in case...

She and Tropic Diver have recently rescued a parti girl std. for a sister to Rio. TD is thrilled to have girl again, and Wanda is thrilled not to have the bad boy puppy any longer. They are well!
Hope you and yours are too. Rain, rain, go away, we all want to play!
Er uhm, caveat here: Long as we don't get as dry as last year that is. LOL Have great weekend all!!
