You can feel the energy building in the country. In my industry, oil and gas, we have never had it so good. In Texas, we are hiring people left and right (no thanks to the insane policies of our idiot governor) to fill the slots. In America, our oil imports are below 50% of our needs for the first time in decades.
Meanwhile, my erstwhile opponents are trying to choose between the most unpopular person in US politics in the last 3 decades (c.mon, please pick Newt!) and a guy who did very well in venture capital but never learned to relate to you and me - and boy does it show.
Abraham Lincoln said it best: "The two primary engines of business are labor and capital - of these, labor is by far the most important"
