March 6, 2012: Today the OREO Cookie is 100 years old. I just bought a pack at grocery store this morning and they are as good today as ever! YUMMY!!!

March 1, 2012:
I love March, it is normally a beautiful month with near perfect weather..
and so is April but March comes first!
My family has a lot of birthdays and anniversaries in March is that makes it special also.
Let us all look forward to a very good month...

We Hope & Pray that it is not a bad storm/tornado month like spring normally is.
The killer spring storms have already claimed victims and we pray for their families and communities.

Bug, I cannot just "not bring home any money" until I get SS at 62 and yes I am taking it early... so I will have to have something else in place before my severance runs out... hopefully we will get severance but who knows in today's world. I will have to do something but I am just tired of all the stress of working in the "Corporate World" in lower management for 25 yrs. Lower management is the area that is between middle/upper management and the front line employees.. and we are always to blame no matter what! LOL It is making hubby crazy but I know it will work out; it always does.. I am very flexible and I do have some talent so we will see what happens... I think I have more faith in me than my hubby or kids do...that is the only reason I have stayed where I am for so long.. for them and their "comfort levels".. Scott, I guess that could be a good answer. My hubby contributes $5 every Saturday for Lotto... maybe someday our numbers will come in!!! Hi Everyone, I am back at work and things have been crazy lately.. don't you all get tired of hearing me say that! We are getting blueprints and quotes for our new kitchen... on top of going away this weekend for a much needed break... on top of everything else.. Since I am only at work today and tomorrow and have a lot to get done.. I may not be around a lot... and I will probably not set up a new blog thread until we return from our weekend... And you know I will have lots of beautiful pictures from Marco Island... So you all be good and I will sneak back as often as I can. Happy Thursday! Good morning, And what a morning it is already at work. One employee throwing fits and telling us "no" they are not going to do something. now must have "conference" with another manager and two of my employees at 10am... The moral here is so bad and has been so bad for several years now and seems to be getting worse and worse. so happy tomorrow I will be heading off to a nice relaxing weekend on Marco Island! LOL Jeff, I know more than an inche of rain in past few days.. love seeing the grass so green this time of year. KeyWestSun, hello back at ya neighbor to my south! Sandi and Ylee, thanks! Lucky it only took about 2 hrs to get the matter resolved... One employee and older man who I have worked with on projects came to my office to let me know today was his last day. Of course I did not know, was he "let go" or what. He told me he is officially retiring. Of course I wished him well and offered congratulations and asked if he could take me with him!!!! LOL just kidding... he wanted to tell me how much he has enjoyed working with me the past 5 yrs, etc. From what I understand he has already moved into his "retired home" in St Augustine Florida (where Weatherguy03/Bob lives)..
