The weather underground's "Most accurate local weather forecast model" is forecasting all-time record monthly June highs for Davis, WV (3,100 ft.) for both Tuesday (95 F) and Wednesday (97 F)! NWS MOS has around 80 F, which looks about right to me assuming the GFS model forecast for the upper air pattern is about right. The Weather Underground model has been forecasting near record temperatures on numerous occasions since I began watching it in March. It has busted royally in every case and has yet to verify with these outrageous high temperature forecasts in WV above 3,000 feet.
I would like to find someone in Weather Underground to bring this situation to their attention.

I checked out your Blog - from your June 2012 post, did you ever receive a response from Wunderground regarding their forecasting for High Country of WV?
By the way, I've started a Blog on Wunderground, though I've never had any comments in the few I've posted. It's a start! My Blog name is BelmontJeff, if you get a moment to look.
