April 14 2012 - Another Snow Day

The temperature dropped quickly to 33 degrees after 4 AM this morning when the cold front arrived. We woke up to find 2 inches of snow on the ground! Fortunately most of the iris blooms have passed, and the herbs didn't seem to mind. By noon patchs of blue sky returned and much of the snow has melted.
