Yeah Yeah Yeah.... there are three tropical systems out there of note and one is already a depression well on it's way to becoming a storm. This one has "fish storm" written all over it IMHO. Way too far out there to make it very far west this late in the season, but anything is possible... stay tuned.The remaining systems have less potential for development, but perhaps more potential for damage to populated areas. Possible flooding in Hispaniola, Haiti and yes PUE...
