In addition to some general clean up, the history page has some neat new features worth mentioning for those of you who might not have noticed them. If you're not sure how to get to the history page, just search for any city and below the current conditions there is a "History & Almanac" box. The date selector there takes you into the history page.

Local Photos
Visitors are now able to see WunderPhotos taken for a given date and location right from the history page. For instance, if we look at Philadelphia, PA on July 4, 2005 you'll see "Local Photos" in the right column of the page. So make sure you're putting in the correct "date taken" and "location" fields when uploading WunderPhotos.

Archived Radar
This feature is only available on the "Daily" view. Let's jump forward to Philadelphia, PA on February 14, 2007 for a good example of this one. As you can see from the two Local Photos, Philly had a good snow storm this past Valentine's Day. Click on the "View Animated Radar Loop" link right above the photos and you'll get to see how the entire day unfolded on radar.

The previous example from 2005 didn't have the radar link because the archive currently only goes back about a year. This will extend back even earlier when we get a chance.

Those are the biggest additions to the history page.
