"Yeah, sure beats the weather back home."
Ontario:
"My business burned down a few years ago but it was well insured. I figured the numbers:
1) rebuild the plant
2) move down here and take it easy
So me and the wife and kids bought a bunch of Condos on the beach. Life's been good.
What's your story?"
Prairie:
"Much the same: the old family farm got flooded out and most of the kids were already retired down here so me and the wife took the insurance money and built this here gated community."

"How do you start a flood?"
