... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 7 PM EST this
evening...
... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from midnight tonight to
10 am EST Friday...

* precipitation types... snow... heavy at times.

* Accumulations... 6 to 10 inches of snow. Localized amounts around
a foot near the Mason-Dixon line.

* Timing... snow will end by 7 PM this evening.

* Temperatures... falling through the 20s late this afternoon.
Lows tonight into Friday morning in the single digits.

* Wind chill... around 5 to 15 degrees below zero late tonight
into Friday morning.

* Winds... north 10 to 15 mph this late this afternoon and
evening... decreasing to 5 to 10 mph late tonight into Friday.

* Impacts... roads will remain snow covered and slippery.
Visibility will be reduced below one-quarter mile at times...
