received significant snowfall Wednesday and Wednesday night. The
combination of melting snow... wet surfaces and below freezing
temperatures will produce patches of black ice.

Motorists are urged to use extreme caution on the roadways.

Temperatures will rise above freezing at most locations by 10 am or
shortly after.
