... Patchy dense fog again this morning...

The combination of light winds and moist ground has produced
patchy dense fog early this morning. Patchy dense fog was
occurring over southeast Missouri... western Kentucky except the
Henderson and Owensboro areas... and southern Illinois except the
Wabash valley. At sunrise... a trained spotter reported visibility
was 75 feet in East Prairie Missouri. At 6 am... visibility was
below one quarter mile at the Paducah Airport and the Poplar Bluff
Airport.

Persons traveling across the region early this morning should
be prepared for rapid reductions in visibility and allow extra
time to reach their destinations. The fog will burn off by 9 am.
