west central Dodge County in east central Nebraska...
Colfax County in northeastern Nebraska...
southeastern Madison County in northeastern Nebraska...
northern Platte County in northeastern Nebraska...

* until 130 am CDT

* at 1029 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Madison... Clarkson... Howells... Leigh... Lindsay... Creston...
Humphrey... Tarnov... Cornlea... 8 miles south of Stanton... 7 miles
north of North Bend... Maple Creek Recreation Area... 9 miles north
of Schuyler and Camp Luther.
