... Arctic air overtakes western and central North Dakota Monday
night through Wednesday night...

An Arctic cold front will move across North Dakota Monday
night... with falling temperatures through the day on Tuesday.
Strong northwest winds gusting to 40 mph are expected through
Tuesday afternoon. This will lead to patchy blowing snow and
localized reduced visibility across the northwest... central and
eastern portions of the state. Dangerous wind chills to 40 below
are possible Tuesday night into Wednesday morning area wide... with
wind chills to 35 below Wednesday night north central and east.
Those traveling should be prepared for possible difficult travel
conditions Tuesday.
