... Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 6 PM akst this
evening...

A Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 6 PM akst this
evening.

* Location... mainly in passes and east of Sagwon... and the
Dalton Highway.

* Blowing snow and snow... reducing visibility to zero.

* Winds... southwest to 30 mph gusting to 40 mph.

* Timing... conditions will improve this evening as high pressure
builds over the area and winds diminish.

* Impacts... visibility will be very poor and snow will
accumulate into drifts. Whiteout conditions should be
expected. Travel and outdoor activities will be extremely
difficult.
