Watches/warnings in effect for Quebec...

Freezing rain warning for:
=new= manicouagan river
          Minganie
          Natashquan
          Chevery
          Blanc-Sablon.

      A few hours of freezing rain are expected over these regions.
      The manicouagan region could receive up to 4 mm of freezing
      precipitations.

a low pressure system south of Nova Scotia is tracking toward
Newfoundland as an area of precipitations is moving from central
Quebec to the North Shore.

These two systems will combine and give freezing rain over the above
regions. The freezing rain will start tonight or early Thursday
morning. Over the Lower North shore, the freezing rain should soon
change to rain, but freezing precipitations should affect the
manicouagan region for a longer period before changing to rain or
snow.
