The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a coastal
Flood Advisory... which is in effect until 9 am EST this morning.

* Location... the southern coastal South Carolina counties of
Charleston... Colleton and Beaufort. This includes downtown
Charleston.

* Tide levels... will peak in the Charleston Harbor around 6.9 to
7.2 feet mean lower low water.

* Timing... between 630 and 730 am this morning.

* Impacts... inundation of saltwater in and near low-lying coastal
areas could lead to some Road closures and flooding of
properties... especially in downtown Charleston.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be prepared for the possibility of Road closures and minor
flooding of properties. If travel is necessary... do not attempt
to drive through water of unknown depth.

Wind Advisory
Issued: 3:24 AM EST Feb. 7, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10 am this morning to
7 PM EST this evening...

* locations... Charleston County... especially along and east of
Route 17.

* Winds... northwest to north 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40
