It has definitely been wet this month! This morning I saw that Portland and Spokane both beat their all time record for the wettest March at 7.77 inches and 4.40 inches respectively. Seattle had their second wettest March at 7.15 inches.
Yes, the radar over our area was orange. In the Grants Pass area during the month of March, there was 8.36 inches of rain. We had just under that on our place.
