I used to have one of these trees in my front yard as a teenager in Texas. The bag worms always loved them too, unfortunately.

Beautiful tree. Thanks for sharing as it brought back sweet childhood memories of playing with those "powder puffs".

We had a mimosa tree in my back yard when I was a kid, loved the flowers and the tree was great to climb. Thanks for the memories. Congrats on a beautiful AC.

Thank you Kim, Sharon, Kim and Laura.

Ours is still a relatively young tree and
hasn't produced the growth that some of the
trees in town (Grants Pass) have. I'll try
while in town grocery shopping in the next
couple of days to find some and take some
snaps there.
