Wow! Thanks for the votes and wonderful comments. I hung out with the horses and took a bunch of eye shots trying to capture the snow and ice on and around the lashes. Fun trying to take a macro shot of a moving target!! I am really happy with this one.

Our mare usually winds up standing out in the weather even though she also has places with more comfort. Strange people!

JRW64 There is beauty everywhere in nature and it's obvious by the photos in these galleries that the desire to capture it is overwelmingly strong. I applaud everyone who contributes to this amazing compilation of art. It's truely inspirational! As a busy working Mom of two I usually snap pictures on the fly. I can often be found in my gardens, camera in one hand and a tea in the other! I am now using a Canon PowerShot SX30IS , and loving every minute of it! Comments are appreciated.
