Now that is a great image of the power of that storm.
This scene of a chopped up road right next to the water reminds me of highway 98 that was also destroyed during a hurricane. That road sits right next to the Gulf of Mexico.

I know block island well. All of these were right on the east facing coast and took a beating, you can look them up on google maps. That road is normally right on the water.
